Bisma Jan Left the studies when she could not passed the 10th class examination after several attempts. Bisma made her mind to leave the studies because of several reasons(Less Confidence, poor financial back ground etc ).
After One year she came to know about the Nai Manzil Scheme through Nai Manzil Awareness Seminar Organised by NESSWO. Bisma Came to our office with different levels of interests, experience, goals, insecurities, and ambitions. This Was the best opportunity for us to make her understand about the value of education and the sort of support which she was going to avail through Nai Manzil Scheme which in turn resulted in boosting up her level of confidence. So Bisma decide to give one more attenpt to her career.
She worked with lot of hard work and keen interest along with the support of respective teaching faculty and Bisma cleared all the subjects with first division.
